About Me

I moved to St. Petersburg from Manhattan over 20 years ago, long before it was cool and back when people still joked it was “God’s Waiting Room.” I saw the magic before the rest of the world caught on.

Since then, Ambassador Barb has explored Tampa Bay from the pavement up: chasing murals, sunsets, wildlife, hidden gems, unforgettable meals, and the little moments most people walk right past.

Every moment has the potential for magic!

Before becoming #AmbassadorBarb, I spent years in real estate marketing helping tell the stories behind some of Florida’s most recognizable developments, including One St. Petersburg, Saltaire, and Art House.

I loved watching the skyline transform, but eventually realized buildings don’t make a city magical.

People do. Stories do. Nature does. The unexpected moments do.

So I traded boardrooms for sidewalks, became a solopreneur, and started exploring St. Pete one step, one photo, and one discovery at a time.

Being an ambassador isn’t just about exploring a community, it’s about showing up for it.
